Escapist Records is pleased to announce plans to release Upward, Not Nort hward , the debut 12” LP from Cleveland ’s Harvey Pekar . Since forming in 2011, the five-piece hardcore band has been fueled by incessant determination and worth ethic, self-booking tours in support of their self-released Thirty Ghosts EP. Over the past two years Harvey Pekar have drawn increasing crowds with their energetic and impassioned performances alongside the likes of Defeater, A Wilhelm Scream, Cheap Girls, Such Gold, and Code Orange Kids, amongst others.
